POS Return Policy: 

Thank you for purchasing our POS (Point of Sale) system. We hope that it has met your expectations and that you are fully satisfied with its performance. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that will help you to resolve any issues that may arise.

Our return policy is as follows:

  1. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns.

  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. Any signs of damage or wear and tear may result in a deduction from your refund.

  3. Before returning the product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. You can do this by contacting us via email or phone.

  4. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.

  5. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If it does, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please note that the refund will be for the purchase price of the product only; any shipping or handling fees will not be refunded.
